Weight Limits:

• 20 Yard dumpster: 5000 lbs
• 11, 13, 15, and 17 yard dumpsters: 4000 lbs

If the dumpster is over the allowed weight, the customer will be responsible for any additional cost incurred to remove and empty the dumpster.

Please let us know if you need to dispose extremely heavy materials such as rock, dirt, ash, plaster, or concrete. We can help you dispose of such items in a more efficient manner.

Roofing shingles require pre-approval from Little Egypt Dumpster Rentals. There must not be any other trash or disposables besides what has been agreed upon between customer and Little Egypt Dumpster Rentals. A $100 fee will be applied if trash other than shingles is placed in dumpster due to strict shingle recycling restrictions.

Dumpsters are ONLY to be moved by Little Egypt Dumpster Rentals. If dumpsters have been moved by a customer a minimum $500 fee will be charged.

All refuse (any item in the dumpster) shall remain within the confines of the dumpster and shall not exceed the top or sides. Customer agrees to make every attempt to equally disperse the weight of the refuse within the dumpster.

Customer will not use machinery to compact items into the dumpster.

Customer agrees to ensure that the tarp provided on the dumpster is able to be pulled over top without any sharp objects restricting closure or ripping the tarp (i.e. make sure to place boards with nails face down, any sharp objects will face down, etc.).

If additional time is required for the driver to make the dumpster safe for transportation, an hourly charge of $50.00/per hour will be added with a minimum charge of $50.00.

Customer shall be liable for any loss or damage to rented equipment in excess of reasonable wear and tear.

On the day that the dumpster is scheduled for pick-up, the dumpster must remain accessible to the driver at all times. If the dumpster in inaccessible, a minimum waiting fee of $50.00 will be charged, with any additional time charged at a rate if $50.00 per hour. If the dumpster is not made accessible in a timely manner, a wasted trip charge of $200.00 will be applied to the account.

Content restrictions. While the dumpster(s) is/are in your possession, you will NOT place or allow to be placed into dumpster any of the following:

• Substances hazardous to health such as toxic or corrosive materials or liquids (weather or not in containers)
• Cans, drums, or other containers of any kind (unless emptied and crushed and incapable of carrying any liquid)
• Medical waste or biohazard items
• Asbestos
• Paint (in liquid form)
• Animal carcasses
• Tree trimmings, dirt and other yard waste
• Ammunition or explosives of any kind

If any of these items are found in the dumpster, you are subject to minimum fine of $500. You will also be pay for any additional fines from the transfer station and/or the EPA.

Other materials not listed above but considered unsuitable for containment will not be placed in the dumpster, including:

• Malodorous Waste
• Tires
• Televisions
• Computers
• Radios
• Game Consoles
• Gas Bottles
• Fluorescent bulbs or light bulbs
• Vehicle Batteries
• Roofing Shingles (unless pre approved)
• Household appliances such as but not limited to hot water heaters, dishwashers, refrigerators, conventional ovens, microwave ovens, washing machines, and dryers

If discovered in the dumpster, customer will be fined a minimum of $25 per item.

Access and Ground Conditions:

1. The customer will be responsible for the provision of free and suitable access to and from the delivery site (including the removal and reinstatement of local obstructions) and for ensuring suitable ground conditions for delivery, placement, and removal of the dumpster. Little Egypt Dumpster Rentals neither accepts nor will bear responsibility for damage to any surface. Therefore, the renter should take steps to protect all surfaces (e.g. paving slabs, soft ground, concrete, and asphalt) before delivery.
2. Should the container cause damage to concrete or asphalt during loading or unloading, Little Egypt Dumpster Rentals is only liable if due to our own negligence. Prior to placement, Little Egypt Dumpster Rentals will determine if the placement of these heavy container(s) is acceptable.
3. Should the Customer fail to return the dumpster(s), Little Egypt Dumpster Rentals maintains the right to enter upon the premises where the container may be without notice or permission and take possession of and remove it at the Customers expense all without legal process, the Customer hereby waving any claims of damage from any such entry or removal.

Rental Agreement:

The container rental includes use for up to 3 or 7 days, depending on the chosen rental period. Upon request, additional days may be added ONLY if the dumpster still available for the requested extension. If the container is kept longer than the allotted timeframe there will be an additional daily fee. This fee varies depending on dumpster size. Additional time must be requested a MINIMUM of 24 hours prior to the scheduled pickup day.

Payment for all base fees and any known additional rental time will be due upon delivery of the container. Any additional fees due to overweight or other fees not paid upon delivery are due on the day of container pick up and/or day of dumping rental unit or within 24 hours of notice of overweight.

Customer agrees to ensure that the tarp provided on dumpster is able to be pulled over top. No material should be higher than the rails of the dumpster. Customer must also ensure that sharp objects are not restricting closure or ripping tarp (i.e. make sure to place boards with nails face down, any sharp objects will face down, etc.). Failure to do so will result in a minimum $250 fine.

Any unpaid balance after date of container pick up (as shown above) will have a minimum of a $25.00 per day late fee.

If paying by check and the check is returned for insufficient funds from the banking institution, the customer is responsible for any bank fees as well as a $35 returned check fee.

Cancellations:

If you need to cancel or reschedule your dumpster please do so at least 1 day prior to your scheduled delivery date. If you cancel on the scheduled delivery date you will be charged the full amount.

By paying the $30.00 reservation fee you agree to all the rules, regulations, terms and conditions as set forth in this document.
