They were so friendly and helped me through the process of figuring out what was best for my needs. I called about a week in advance and they were able to have the dumpster dropped off the morning I needed it. They were there right around 8 am which was exactly what I wanted. I requested it to be dropped in a certain location and they did that as well. They sent me emails as soon as it was dropped off and picked up. They even sent a text the day before being picked up offering for me to extend my days with it. He came through and had one delivered the next day and picked up the morning of the party! It was not expected, but he came through! He even let us know what time he would be here both times via gps. With the potential for inclement weather coming around our pick up day and how our driveway/road is there was ample communication on when the dumpster could possibly be picked up. My husband and I decided that the sooner the better given how wild our weather has been. We had the opportunity to have it a day later if needed due to the potential weather. This gentleman’s customer service is by far amazing and his prices can beat most around. Many require a weekly rental, but with Little Egypt you can rent a 13 yard dumpster for three days! We went with this affordable option and had more than enough time to clean out our garage, basement and let our neighbors throw some stuff in as well.
